Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Policy

• Camera rental booking will be confirmed only after 50% advance payment.
• Without advance payment, the booking will not be considered confirmed.
• The remaining 50% payment must be paid at the time of pickup.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If the booking is canceled, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled for any reason.

3. Damage Policy

• If the equipment is damaged or lost, the customer will be responsible for paying the repair or replacement charges.

4. ID Proof

• A valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / Driving License) is mandatory to rent a camera.

5. Late Return Policy

• If the equipment is returned late, an extra rental charge will be applied per day.
